Blair's Class

Today I learned that when interviewing someone you must start from da basic questions to the complex ones. I was very happy that I learned some tips on interviewing so that I don't have to stay on the camera all the time and I can do both. Also I've learned that I should get into the questions and try to avoid yes or no questions. Blair told me to also ask personal questions because people love to talk about them selves. DuCeSz!!!!
