Today we had our first lesson in journalism, and we got the requirements for the program. Blair was teaching us the different types of news stories and how to identify the different stories. When we we finished taking notes we had to read an article. After reading the article we had to identify the type of report it is. At the end of the lesson we had to think of stories we could report on for each division of news.
When I received the list of requirements for the program I was flabbergasted. We have to do at least 32 reports. When I saw the topics of the reports the scavenger hunt made allot of sense. The scavenger hunt was research for the reports that we have to do. All we need to do is decide the final details and finish working on the reports. My group seems to be organised and full of intelligent people. Hopefully things will continue to go well .
