So Friday was our first Friday Presentation and we had four guest judges. They were really perceptive and caught many things that us presenters might not have seen. After all of the presentations were done, they gave us a critique. I find that their critiquing for all of the groups were really helpful. We learned that all of the presentations should be done by Thursday and tested at least an hour before the presentation for technical difficulties. Also that it's good to have other members of the group on stage other than the leaders so the judges can know who they are. We learned not to read directly off of a paper or read what the PowerPoint is displaying because it seems more impersonal. It's also good to project your voice so that everyone can hear what you're saying. I think that Melvin, the White Guy, and the Woman should return.
