Today was the first of perhaps many hectic days to come. Information was coming at us left and right. Of course no one can complain seeing as there are so many of us and that seems to be a first at Harlem LIVE according to Rich. I personally am used to getting alo done at one specific deadline so i am well prepared for any sudden change in dates. i have been paired witha new group and hopefully we too can over come the obstacles that lie ahead. Unfortunately my previous team and i did not win the scavenger hunt, but we did come in second place. I personally am not one to settle for anything less that number one and i think that kind of ambition is what me and my new team mambers need to become victors of the contest that lies ahead.
We all seem to know what the goal is and how to achieve it. We have preset some routes and plans as to determine our position as number one news team. We have alreday predetermined our news sites. Through much brainstorming and group co-operation, the stories have been thought out and subjects have been decided, as well as mini teams that will take on the upcoming tasks.
With the help of todays journalism class held by Blair, i believe my team and I ar moe prepared for interviewing and getting the right facts and stories. As the adults prepare to let go thier protective grip and we embark to break beyond the threshold between ordinary kids with pens and paper, and become known as a force to be reckoned with at Harlem LIVE, I believe that we shall percivier.
